Tiered Warranty & AMC Services/ SLA's
SLA- Service Level Agreement- is a set of services specifically designed to meet particular customer's requirements, based on his business needs. They are customized to address Coverage/Response & Availability requirements. Following are examples of EC's offered SLA's with customer references:

In order to meet, and exceed our customer's need, the CSD employs only the most highly qualified and well-experienced engineers and technicians who pride themselves in offering a fast and reliable service at all times. The division is always on hand to provide technical assistance by telephone or site visits. The division also incorporates a fast and effective workshop/repair centre in Abu Dhabi and Dubai; which provides for most but the tedious of hardware tasks
Call Center
Our company has deployed “Emirates Computers Call Center” (ECCC) which focuses on creating an organized environment that quickly responds to customer reported issues, and to provide the level of support the customer expects.
ECCC ultimate goal is to provide better service by automating as many steps as possible and to increase the efficiency of the people who provide the services.
ECCC captures customer reported issues through phone or electronically through e-mail and through Web which is designed for end users to log an incident as well as to receive updates on all problems that customer have reported. Once an issue is reported, the issue is prioritized and routed to the right people who can solve the problem and report the success back.
Quality Control
GNSS employs the highest quality control in the industry, to the point where some of our clients measure their quality control by our standards. Everyone in this division is subject Quality Audits scheduled and random. We continuously evaluate and re-evaluate our procedures and self examine our efficiency and reliability of our system.
Escalation Procedure
Our service division employs an Escalation Procedure using measured and tried procedures for the past 20 years covering all possible scenarios. All procedures and every step taken to address the service issue is documented and stored in our database for future reference and for our client’s inspection and verification.
Our Escalation Procedures starting from our “Help Desk”, to our “Technical Manager” to our “Field Operations Manager”, “Technical Manager” up to our Vice President and President are all responsible and on stand-by to resolve any servicing problems.
